Refund policy

In terms of refunds we will of course replace faulty/leaked etc products, however we don’t refund change of minds except unopened products.

For our Serums, we gently remind customers that results can take between 6-8 weeks to be visible, and only when exact application instructions are followed. 

We urge users to take before & after photos so you can see how much your lashes have changed!

If you have any issues, you are welcome to get in touch with us & we will assess the possibility of a refund case by case providing the product has been used per instructions & for between 6-8 weeks.
